For years Xtra reload voucher for XL (excelcomindo) became the most favourable sms bulk service for automatic reload service.
It could be calculated as every xtra reload for 100.000 rupiahs denomination, granted for free 100 daily sms for the whole month. So, that became 100.000/350 (normal charge) = 285 sms(s) plus 3000 free sms; equivalent to 100.000/3.285 = 30,4 rupiahs for each sms. If €1=12.500 rupiahs, every single sms wort to € 0,00243; did you see more cheaper than this?
This cheap cost has been made for sending reply transactions, but if it ends up next January 15, 2008, would raised transactions cost to indonesian common sms cost (100 Rupiah/SMS). Meanwhile we have IM3 that still have a 40 rupiah/sms.
May be, we will charge xl customer more for using online reload service, if excelcomindo doesn’t offer another program.
