For post paid customers this news my be true, but for pre paid customer, fyuh, it takes long long time waiting for call respond; is the story end up here?. NO, once the call connected, if the problem is about the online reload voucher, the CS answer is just like answering machine, “please, wait for 24 hours”, after waiting for the time and the problem is persist, if the customer calls the CS again, the answer is easy to guess “please wait for more 48 hours”. !!! and the next call the answer is “please wait for 7 days”.
Oh My God, the customer just buy the online reload voucher, and need to call or send sms immadiately, and the voucher was not credited to the card yet, but asked to wait for 7 days.. do you see the best here?what do you think guys?
